CoreGuide, karın/core bölgeni analiz eden ve sana özel bir antrenman programı sunan bir fitness uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve nasıl saklandığını açıklar. CoreGuide bir tıbbi cihaz değildir; sunduğu bilgiler yalnızca genel fitness rehberliği amaçlıdır.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında bu uygulamaya ait verilerin veri sorumlusu Jülide Çokşen'dir (İzmir, Buca). Sorularınız veya taleplerinizi aşağıdaki İletişim bölümündeki e-posta adresinden iletebilirsiniz.
Başlangıç anketinde verdiğin cevaplar (hedef, yaş, boy/kilo, antrenman sıklığı gibi), karın taraması için yüklediğin fotoğraf ve bu fotoğraftan çıkan analiz sonucu, öğün kayıtların (kalori/protein/karbonhidrat/yağ), Profil sekmesine girdiğin kilo kayıtların ve hedef kilon, ve Apple ile giriş yaptıysan Apple'ın paylaştığı e-posta adresin (veya Apple'ın gizli yönlendirme adresi). Karın Skorun ve isimsiz kullanıcı adın, varsayılan olarak liderlik tablosunda diğer kullanıcılara açık şekilde gösterilir; bunu Profil sekmesinden istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin, tercihin de saklanır.
Karın taraması için yüklediğin fotoğraf, analiz edilmesi için OpenAI'ın yapay zeka servisine gönderilir. Antrenmanı sana göre ayarlayabilmesi için fotoğrafla birlikte yalnızca hedefin ve haftalık antrenman sıklığın (adın veya kimliğin olmadan) gönderilir. Fotoğraf ve analiz sonucu, öncesi/sonrası karşılaştırması yapabilmen için Supabase altyapısında (veritabanı ve dosya depolama) güvenli şekilde saklanır. Fotoğrafın başka hiçbir üçüncü tarafla, reklam amacıyla veya pazarlama için paylaşılmaz. OpenAI, kötüye kullanımı izlemek amacıyla kendisine gönderilen verileri en fazla 30 gün süreyle tutabilir; bu veriyi kendi yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz.
Zinde ile sohbet ettiğinde, yazdığın mesajlar; en güncel Karın Skorun, zayıf bölge etiketlerin ve seviye ünvanın (adın veya kimliğin olmadan) sana kişiselleştirilmiş cevaplar verebilmesi için OpenAI'ın yapay zeka servisine gönderilir. Sohbet geçmişin sunucularımızda saklanmaz; yalnızca o oturum boyunca cihazında tutulur.
Uygulamayı ilk açtığında sana isimsiz (anonim) bir kimlik atanır; bu, verilerinin cihazına özel olarak saklanmasını sağlar. İstersen bu kimliği "Apple ile Devam Et" ile Apple hesabına bağlayabilirsin — bu, mevcut verilerini kaybetmeden başka bir cihazdan giriş yapmanı sağlar. Apple bize yalnızca seni tanıyan bir kimlik ve e-posta adresini (seçersen Apple'ın gizli yönlendirme adresini) iletir; şifren bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.
Adım sayısı, cihazının kendi hareket sensöründen okunur ve yalnızca uygulama içinde sana gösterilir — sunucularımıza gönderilmez. Sağlık uygulamasına veri yazmayız. Bu izni istediğin zaman iPhone Ayarlar > Sağlık bölümünden geri alabilirsin.
Abonelik satın alımları Apple (App Store) üzerinden yapılır; kart veya ödeme bilgilerin bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz. Aboneliğinin aktif olup olmadığını doğrulamak için RevenueCat hizmetini kullanırız: RevenueCat'e uygulamadaki isimsiz kullanıcı kimliğin ve satın alma kayıtların (ürün, tarih, yenileme durumu) iletilir. Adın, e-postan, fotoğrafların veya sağlık verilerin RevenueCat ile paylaşılmaz.
Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın (OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat ve Sentry) sunucuları Türkiye dışında bulunabilir. Bu nedenle yukarıda belirtilen veriler, yalnızca belirtilen amaçlarla ve KVKK kapsamında açık rızana dayanarak yurt dışına aktarılır. Rızanı, Profil sekmesindeki "Verilerimi Sil" veya "Hesabımı Sil" seçenekleriyle istediğin zaman geri çekebilirsin.
Uygulama çöktüğünde veya bir hata oluştuğunda, sorunu düzeltebilmemiz için Sentry hizmetine otomatik bir teknik rapor gönderilir: hatanın kendisi, uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve isimsiz kullanıcı kimliğin. Bu raporlara adın, e-postan, IP adresin, fotoğrafların, ekran görüntüsü veya sağlık verilerin eklenmez. Profil sekmesindeki "Hata Bildir" ile kendin bir bildirim gönderirsen, yazdığın metin aynı teknik bilgilerle birlikte Supabase'de saklanır; "Verilerimi Sil" veya "Hesabımı Sil" ile bu bildirimler de silinir.
Verilerin, sen silene kadar saklanır; yalnızca şu sınırlar vardır: taramalarının fotoğraflarından yalnızca son 12'si tutulur (eskileri silinir, analiz sonuçların ve skorların kalır) ve öğün ile antrenman kayıtların 12 ay sonra silinir. Profil sekmesindeki "Verilerimi Sil" seçeneğiyle taramalarını (fotoğraflar dahil), öğün kayıtlarını, antrenman geçmişini, kilo kayıtlarını, sıralama kaydını ve onboarding cevaplarını anında ve kalıcı olarak silebilirsin — bu işlem geri alınamaz. Hesabının kendisini de yine Profil sekmesindeki "Hesabımı Sil" ile uygulama içinden silebilirsin; bu, hesabını ve tüm verilerini kalıcı olarak kaldırır (abonelik ise App Store veya Google Play üzerinden ayrıca iptal edilir).

CoreGuide is a fitness app that analyzes your abs/core and builds you a personalized training program. This policy explains what data we collect while you use the app, how it's used, and how it's stored. CoreGuide is not a medical device; anything it tells you is general fitness guidance only.
Under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller for this app's data is Jülide Çokşen (İzmir, Türkiye). You can reach out with questions or requests at the email address under Contact below.
Your answers from the onboarding quiz (goal, age, height/weight, training frequency, and similar), the photo you upload for an ab scan and the analysis result it produces, your logged meals (calories/protein/carbs/fat), the weight check-ins and goal weight you enter on the Profile tab, and, if you sign in with Apple, the email address Apple shares (or Apple's private relay address). Your Abs Score and anonymous username are shown to other users on the leaderboard by default; you can turn this off at any time on the Profile tab, and that choice is stored too.
The photo you upload for an ab scan is sent to OpenAI's AI service to be analyzed. So it can tailor your training, only your goal and weekly training frequency (without your name or any identity) are sent along with the photo. The photo and its analysis are stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure (database and file storage) so you can compare before/after progress. Your photo is never shared with any other third party, for advertising, or for marketing. OpenAI may retain data sent to it for up to 30 days for abuse-monitoring purposes; it does not use this data to train its own AI models.
When you chat with Zinde, the messages you type — along with your latest Abs Score, weak-area labels, and level title (without your name or any identity) — are sent to OpenAI's AI service so it can give you personalized replies. Your chat history isn't stored on our servers; it only lives on your device for that session.
The first time you open the app, you're given an anonymous identity, so your data is tied to your device by default. You can optionally link that identity to your Apple account with "Continue with Apple" — this lets you sign in from another device without losing your existing data. Apple only shares an identifier for you and your email address (or, if you choose, Apple's private relay address) with us; your password never reaches us.
Your step count is read from your device's own motion sensor and shown only within the app — it is never sent to our servers. If you allow it, on iPhone we read today's exercise minutes and number of workouts from Apple Health. This data is shown only to you on the Progress screen; it is never sent to our servers, stored, used for advertising or marketing, or shared with third parties. We don't write any data to the Health app. You can revoke this access at any time in iPhone Settings > Health.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple (the App Store); your card or payment details never reach us. To check whether your subscription is active we use RevenueCat: it receives the app's anonymous user ID and your purchase records (product, date, renewal status). Your name, email, photos and health data are never shared with RevenueCat.
Our service providers (OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat and Sentry) may keep their servers outside Turkey. The data described above is therefore transferred abroad only for the purposes stated, based on your explicit consent under Turkey's data protection law (KVKK). You can withdraw your consent at any time with "Delete My Data" or "Delete My Account" on the Profile tab.
When the app crashes or hits an error, an automatic technical report is sent to Sentry so we can fix it: the error itself, app version, device model, operating system version and your anonymous user ID. Your name, email, IP address, photos, screenshots and health data are never included. If you send a report yourself with "Report a Bug" on the Profile tab, the text you write is stored on Supabase with the same technical details; "Delete My Data" or "Delete My Account" deletes these reports too.
Your data is kept until you delete it, with these limits only: just your last 12 scan photos are kept (older photos are deleted, your analysis results and scores stay), and meal and workout records are deleted after 12 months. The "Delete My Data" option on the Profile tab instantly and permanently deletes your scans (including photos), meal log, workout history, weight check-ins, leaderboard entry, and onboarding answers — this cannot be undone. You can also delete the account itself from the Profile tab with "Delete My Account" — it permanently removes your account and all your data (a subscription is cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play).
